Remind domestic enterprises to pay attention to the risk of export payment recovery

Recently, a number of domestic enterprises have reflected to our office the problem of Cameroon importers in arrears, and this situation has increased than in the past。At present, due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the economic situation in Cameroon has deteriorated, and many local small and medium-sized enterprises have encountered difficulties in production and operation。Problems such as logistics transportation and poor sales of imported goods are also prominent。These factors adversely affect the ability of importers to pay。I would like to remind domestic enterprises to pay attention to the risk of recovery of export payments to Cameroon, and take out export credit insurance as far as possible if necessary to avoid economic losses。
