Since 2014, in order to improve the internationalization level of some markets and help domestic trade merchants to carry out foreign trade, the Ministry of Commerce and other departments have successively carried out pilot market procurement trade methods in 14 places such as Yiwu, Zhejiang Province and Huadu, Guangzhou, and achieved positive results。The market purchase trade mode is a new type of trade mode, which is very suitable for the export of multi-variety and small-batch goods, but it cannot contain the goods that need to impose export tariffs and implement inspection and quarantine measures in accordance with the regulations。It is particularly important to emphasize that the suspension of the export of epidemic prevention materials through market purchase trade is to better strengthen the quality supervision of the export of epidemic prevention materials, and is a temporary measure that does not affect exports through mainstream commercial channels。The Ministry of Commerce will work with relevant departments to continue to strengthen quality supervision, expand the export of epidemic prevention materials in an orderly manner, and better support countries in fighting the epidemic。
