In order to improve the accuracy of the judgment of the export situation and serve the development of the country's trade in goods, since June 2012, the General Administration of Customs has collected the order, confidence and cost information of some export enterprises every month for the compilation of "China's foreign trade export Leading Index".。According to the "China's Foreign Trade Export Leading Index Statistical Survey System" (survey item number is SH2020-2019-20, approval document number is State control [2019] 137), the General Administration of Customs decided to adjust the scope of China's foreign trade export Leading Index survey sample enterprises。The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
The list of sample enterprises in the new round is in Annex 1, and the list of sample enterprises that withdrew from the survey is in Annex 2。
Second, a new round of sample enterprises have participated in the survey since May 2022, and the sample enterprises that withdrew from the survey continue to fill in the report, and the withdrawal time will be announced separately。
3. Sample enterprises participating in the survey can access the "Customs Statistics Special Investigation and Research System" (address: http://43).248.49.212:81/survey/，See Attachment 3 for QR code access on mobile terminal)，Online questionnaires will be completed from 25 to 27 days of each month (weekends and statutory holidays)，The questionnaire can be found in annex 4，The Guide to completing the application can be downloaded from the section of Statistical Investigation on the sub-station of the Department of Statistical Analysis of the portal of the General Administration of Customs (http://tjs).customs.gov.cn/tjs/3149746/index.html)。
4. Sample enterprises shall actively cooperate with the Customs in carrying out statistical investigations and submit questionnaires truthfully and timely。If an enterprise is found to have deliberately falsified or concealed statistical information, it will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Implementation of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China。
5. The Customs shall keep confidential the information provided by the sample enterprises。The information of sample enterprises has been included in the "Standards for Advanced Customs Certification Enterprises" (General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 88 of 2021).。Sample enterprises can have priority access to customs statistical data query services and their own customs declaration documents file query services。
6. The statistical department of the customs region where the sample enterprises are located is specifically responsible for guiding the reporting work of enterprises under their jurisdiction。If the sample enterprises encounter technical or business problems when filling in the online declaration, please call the Customs 12360 service hotline for consultation。
